BioI'm a grumpy guy in my forties, probably developing some kind ageing crisis at this very moment. Together with some really nice online friends, I will do my very best to overcome this.
When I leave my little computer corner at home, I'm paying to much attention to my work and all to little to my family. Except for my wife, they're all Internet freaks anyway. The time when you discussed school, homework and hobbies with your children around the dinner table is long gone, now you just read their blogs.
I'm no health wizard in any way, but I have the opportunity to live quite near my work, so I can ride my bike everyday. 7 km twice a day, year around gives me a daily exercise that saves me from sweating at the gym.
